A coconut summer smoothie

I have been absoloutley loving smoothies at the moment, they are a great way of boosting your energy levels and filling you up and they are super tasty! 

My current favourite smoothie is the coconut milk smoothie. It tastes just like summer. 

The ingredients you will need to make the smoothie are:

A handful of blueberries

1/4 glass of fresh coconut milk

1 whole banana

1tablespoon honey

4/5 tablespoons of natural yoghurt

A handful of small pieces of fresh coconut

When you have all of the ingredients, get your blender ready! 




Add all the ingredients into the blender, I used a nutri bullet as they are amazing, and blend until the mixture becomes slightly runny.

And then enjoy!
