I have been absoloutley loving smoothies at the moment, they are a great way of boosting your energy levels and filling you up and they are super tasty!
My current favourite smoothie is the coconut milk smoothie. It tastes just like summer.
The ingredients you will need to make the smoothie are:
A handful of blueberries
1/4 glass of fresh coconut milk
1 whole banana
4/5 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
A handful of small pieces of fresh coconut
When you have all of the ingredients, get your blender ready!
And then enjoy!
